Nice, particularly if you meant to produce a "chaos costume" rather than the usual immaculately tailored upper class Steampunk. (no criticism; just an observation that the tailoring has a different look and feel to most Steampunk cosplay)
There's a concept called "dieselpunk" in English, which is later than "steampunk", but pre-dates mass availability of computers and hence is too early for cyberpunk. This costume would fit nicely into the dieselpunk ethos if you prefer. (or do you dislike the cyberpunk movement as well?)
Also, "chaos costuming" refers to how the costume is made (available materials, often unmade hems, use of tape rather than zip or button closures if needed...) rather than to a specific movement in art, literature or film-making.
